This excellent classic white Type 2 Kombi 👍 called “Judith” is a credit to its enthusiast dub owner who purchased this bus as a restoration project.
Taking care of the typical corrosion issues commonly found on these older buses, the owner restored the chassis and repainted the white coachwork. With the original engine seemingly lacking in terms of outright performance, the owner has opted for a much more advanced option. Not common in Europe but one which delivers a pleasuring result in Brazil where a 1.8 water-cooled engine from a VW Voyage has been fitted.
The owner says that he has many more projects for his dub bus in the making which means this Kombi is going to give it’s own many hours of enjoyment.
