This super orange hightop T4 has a striking paint job which demands attention. Combining her passion for travel with a talent for design, #vanlife camper owner Victoria has created this inspiring bespoke conversion.
Aptly named “Pumpkin”, this bulli from Cologne is a perfect home to enjoy many long road trips.
We’ll let Victoria tell us about her T4;
I loved caravans since I was a young girl because of books called “Die wilden Hühner” about a girl group always meeting up in their old caravan. I love travelling, seeing new places every day and meeting inspiring people. Later I saw pictures of converted Campervans, and since I work as an interior designer and always loved being creative, the dream was born of building one myself.
It was actually when I talked to my grandmother about it that I decided to start the dream right now and not wait any longer. My grandmother told me that she always dreamed of travelling to Europe in a van but never did it. So I decided that I couldn’t wait.
My boyfriend also shared that dream with me, and when we found this beauty of a VW T4 in that amazing orange, I knew that was mine. 🧡 So in January this year, I started converting my van, and I loved every minute of converting it. I’m not done yet and still have so many ideas in my head. But I’m so happy already about how it’s turning out 🧡 I would like to travel through France and Spain, hoping that it will be possible again soon 😊
